Do you require deposits before work begins?
Yes, a 50% down payment is required before all projects are started.
For a custom marketing package, please contact me for a detailed quote. Please allow a 72 hour or less turnaround time for graphic design projects and a two (2) week turnaround time for website production; however, the time frame can vary, dependent on the client.
Each project is different; therefore, prices may vary depending on the complexity of the project.
What are your processes?
Every project is different, so getting to know you and your needs is the utmost importance. No matter how complex your design needs, I will guide you through the process and work with you every step of the way to design captivating results. It’s all about you and your brand!
Do you offer consultations?
Yes. This will give me the opportunity to learn about your project and goals to ensure you will receive exactly what you need. This is usually achieved with a questionnaire, which I will send over to you via email, we can arrange for a phone call or even a Skype meeting if you really wish to establish a personal relationship.
The questionnaire will include questions that will help you make decisions on what you want from the project and it gives me a point of reference throughout the project. The more information you provide, the better the results!!
At this point is when I will also accept the deposit for the first half of your project.
How long does it take to complete a design?
Once the project direction has been determined, I can then move on to the creation of the project. Using various tools, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In-design or WordPress, I will create mock-ups of the proposed piece or website. At this time, I will share mock-ups with you. This process helps to save time and ensure that you are satisfied with the direction of the design.
If you decide that you want to “mix and match” some of the design elements – no problem! Revisions are common before reaching a final design!
Project Finalization
Once changes are incorporated and sent to you for the final approval, I will then send your graphic design pieces via email or to your desired printer.
Do you have packages available for newbies or established businesses?
Yes, I have three business packages you can choose from. All packages can be tailored made to fit your needs and budget. My company also offers payment plans, if needed. For a custom marketing package, please contact me for a detailed quote!
