REFUND POLICY

At Passionate 2 Design, we are committed to providing high-quality graphic and web design services. Due to the custom nature of our work, we have established the following refund policy to ensure clarity for both parties.

  1. General Policy

All payments made for design services are considered final. Because each project is tailored specifically for the client, refunds are not issued once work has begun. This includes consultation, research, design mockups, or any creative development.

  1. Deposits and Retainers

A non-refundable deposit or retainer is required before any work begins. This secures your project on our schedule and covers initial time spent on concept development.

  1. Project Cancellation

If you choose to cancel your project before work has begun, and no time has been invested, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any administrative or consultation fees already incurred.

If work has already started, no refund will be given. However, under special circumstances, we may consider a credit toward future services, at our discretion.

  1. Revisions and Satisfaction

We strive for 100% client satisfaction and include a set number of revisions as outlined in your service agreement. If you are unhappy with the direction of the project, we ask that you communicate your concerns promptly so we can make adjustments.

  1. Digital Deliverables

Due to the nature of digital files, no refunds will be given once final files have been delivered and approved by the client.

Refund Policy for Klarna and Affirm Payments

When you choose to pay using Klarna or Affirm, you agree to both our service terms and the policies of the selected payment provider.

  1. No Refunds on Completed Services

Due to the custom nature of digital design work, we do not offer refunds once a project has been started or completed. This includes any work that involves research, initial concepts, drafts, revisions, or final file delivery.

  1. Deposits and Payments via Klarna or Affirm

When you use Klarna or Affirm to finance your project:

  • Your payment plan is managed directly through Klarna or Affirm.
  • We do not have the ability to cancel, adjust, or pause your payment plan once your order has been submitted and approved.
  • Any disputes regarding payment schedules, interest, or fees must be addressed with Klarna or Affirm directly.
  1. Cancellations Before Work Begins

If you cancel your project before any work begins, you may request a partial refund. This is subject to:

  • Administrative processing fees
  • Klarna/Affirm transaction and processing fees (non-refundable)
  • Approval by our team confirming that no work has been performed
  1. Project Disputes and Revisions

We want you to be satisfied. If you have concerns about your project:

  • We offer a set number of revisions as outlined in your proposal
  • We will work with you to resolve issues, but this does not guarantee a refund
  • Refunds will not be issued due to subjective preferences after the final approval is given
